The outdoor living area is perfect for residents to enjoy the many events and celebrations at the Centre, relax and enjoy some sunshine or spend time with their family and friends.The Centre is located near local services and is a short drive to the shopping hubs of Hurstville and Wolli Creek and Brighton-Le-Sands beach.A dedicated team runs an active Lifestyle program, which includes a variety of wellness, exercise and community activities, to uphold residents' overall health and wellbeing. These programs are also designed for residents to keep pursuing their hobbies and interests, and possibly discover new passions. Dedicated Salvation Army Chaplains are on site, who can provide pastoral and spiritual care, if desired. Food is prepared on site using fresh produce by an experienced catering team. Each menu is developed in regular discussion with a dietitian and the residents.Family and friends are an important part of the Macquarie Lodge community. The Centre also has close ties with local community organisations, often inviting local schools and entertainers for activities and joining in on community initiatives.
