Queen Victoria Care is a community organisation that places individuals at the centre of everything we do. At Queen Victoria Care we provide ‘real care’ and are recognised for our innovative use of technology allowing more time for staff to spend caring for residents. Our clinical platform uses technology to deliver benefits across all areas of care including medication management.
Our activities support the needs of residents living with memory loss and dementia. Our Wellness & Lifestyle staff and volunteers work with these residents through an evidence based program that includes eating together, playing board games and listening to music, reminiscing, and simply having a laugh.
Our allied health pain management initiative includes both individual and group sessions designed to gain improvements in general wellbeing through both physical participation and increased social interaction which is so important to wellness.

Baptcare Karingal Community is a 112-bed home offering predominately high level care and accommodation. At Baptcare Karingal Community, you can expect 24 hour support which includes nursing assessment & individualised care management. Individuals also have access to social programs which are therapeutic, as well as emotional and spiritual support.
Our aim is to provide individualised support to every individual. This ensures that the people in our care continue to live dignified and fulfilling lives in the way they may choose. We aim to help people live their life as naturally as possible.

With the city of Hobart nearby, St Ann’s is comfortably located at the top end of the city in a quiet residential area. Its original development from the 1830's has undergone numerous transformations, but still retains its historical charm. Hawthornden was built between 1831 and 1836 and is a National Trust house which has been carefully preserved as part of the total redevelopment of St Ann’s Davey Street.
St Ann’s enjoys a prestige location in a leafy part of town. Hotel-like in appearance, the heritage building features a red brick and yellow coloured render. The 1960 expansion consists of large wards and was renovated in the early 2000's. There are three units that are located over two floors. Intensive planning has created a design specific to the needs of residents, with a level access environment of the highest quality for both high and low care residents.

There are three different units – two of them are on one floor and one on another. Each unit has its own kitchenette with a dining room attached. Rooms are largely the same with slight variation in size and features, but offer different views.

Our team consists of clinical staff and specialists including registered nurses and personal care assistants available on-call, 24-hours a day. A social care team deals with activities and therapy. Team members are passionate, caring and friendly and go above and beyond to build a genuine rapport with residents.

The Manor is a spacious facility at Kings Meadows, just outside Launceston city, that offers a range of residential accommodation, including residential suites, and our comfortable Manor Gardens Independent Living Units.
Set in extensive, leafy grounds with a large central garden, the Manor is light, open and airy with a homely atmosphere. This architecturally designed facility is on one accessible level and offers comfortable, quality furnished rooms. You’ll have access to a range of inviting indoor and outdoor spaces, including relaxing lounges and living areas, sunny courtyards and a secure garden. You can take full advantage of the Manor’s hairdressing salon, fitness and activities rooms, which includes a library, computer facilities and function areas.Excellent on-site catering and a focus on hospitality means you’ll have a choice of delicious, freshly prepared meals each day.
