The team at Jeremiah Donovan House work around the clock to provide excellent care. Jeremiah Donovan House caters for 65 residents and offers a full range of services including nursing care, medication management, personal care, hospitality services and dementia support services. Residents also receive support from allied health professionals. The home has outdoor courtyards and several indoor common areas where residents can take part in activities, socialise or simply relax and enjoy time with visitors. There is also a peaceful chapel which provides a place for quiet reflection. We understand the importance of nutritious and balanced meals for our residents’ wellbeing. Fresh meals are cooked daily onsite by our experienced chefs and cooks. The menus at our residential aged care change to reflect seasonality and are assessed by a dietician for suitability and nutritional value including recommended dietary intake.
