Set among the vibrant temples and cultural centres of Melbourne’s south east, Mercy Place Springvale is a warm, friendly home. Our dedicated team truly values the diversity of our residents. From our extensive menu to our provision of multi-faith services and celebration of events such as Lunar New Year, Autumn Festival and Christmas, you, your family and community will instantly feel welcome.

We value your life story, knowing this is what makes you the person you are today. Our care centres on your interests and needs. We strive to empower you to take control of your day and to live as self-sufficiently as possible. We partner with you, your family and your community to nurture companionship and a sense of belonging.

All our rooms feature private ensuites and comfortable furniture. A 24/7 nurse call system is available in all rooms, giving you and your loved ones peace of mind. Some rooms offer connecting doors, which are popular among couples. We encourage residents to personalise their room with special items or furniture. Small pets are also welcome; we currently have two dogs, a cat, a rabbit and birds at our home.

Family and friends are always welcome at Mercy Place Springvale. Invite loved ones over for a BBQ in our central courtyard, enjoy gardening and harvesting vegetables in our raised garden beds, share a meal with friends in our airy dining room or visit our on-site hairdresser. For a moment of quiet reflection, relax with a book or watch TV in our cosy lounge.

Our homes offer a warm, friendly environment with a strong focus on active ageing. You will find plenty of social and recreational activities to get involved in, such as reflection group, woodworking, craft activities and tai chi. You will also have access to all the services you have come to expect, including physiotherapy, podiatry and pastoral care.

A five-minute drive in our bus will take you to the heart of Springvale’s multicultural shopping centre, with many restaurants and cafes to enjoy. Our home is just 10 minutes from Parkmore Shopping Centre, where you will find a variety of shops, banks, a post office and supermarkets, perfect for shopping or socialising.
