Our low maintenance homes are self contained and pet friendly. An affordable maintenance fee, paid fortnightly by our residents, ensures our villages are kept clean and tidy. This fee covers council rates, building insurance, major home repairs and general building and grounds maintenance. An emergency after hours maintenance service is also available.
Residents are encouraged to maintain their community associations. Some social activities are provided for residents. Convenient location near to shopping center, church and hotel.

We also have a supported 12-room group home that is located at West Lakes Shore - near to entertainment, shopping precincts and medical services. All residents have their own private, air-conditioned bedroom with an ensuite and small kitchen. Common areas including a dining room, lounge & laundry are shared. Fresh, nutritious meals are prepared on-site daily for residents. Our group home is managed by a coordinator & supported by a housekeeping team who ensure the cleanliness of common areas and support resident wellbeing.

Resident Funded Entry Contribution Units
All UCWPA independent living units require residents to pay an affordable, one-off ‘entry contribution’ that enables them to live in a unit for the rest of their life or until they decide to leave. This payment amount varies between retirement village locations.
One-bedroom units require an entry contribution payment of:
$65,000* - Grange (Westminster Village)
$47,000* - Semaphore Park (Willason Grove)
$32,000* - Rosewater (Wesley Court)
$30,000* - West Lakes Shore (Faggotter Grove Supported Group Home).
Two to three-bedroom units require an entry contribution payment of:
$245,000* - West Lakes Shore (McCutcheon Grove, two-bedrooms)
Price on Application – Salisbury North (Hawksbury Gardens, two to three-bedrooms).
*This contribution amount excludes a fortnightly maintenance fee that is pre-determined by UCWPA and payable by the resident for the duration of tenancy.
