Overview
Support at Home is Australia's new integrated aged care system that launched on 1 November 2025. It replaced the former Home Care Packages (HCP) and Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC) programs with a single, more flexible framework designed to help older Australians live independently in their own homes for longer.
