With street views of our quiet leafy community, each house has its own discreet design and character; No two are the same. Whether two or three bedrooms, all have state of the art fixtures and fittings, spacious living areas and bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms in addition to outside garden and patio areas.
There are currently 17 Residential premises in the Nicholson Park village, made up of:
- Five x two-bedroom units with a single garage
- Twelve x three-bedroom units with a double garage
All communal gardens and spaces are cleaned and maintained by Lutheran Aged Care, with any personal care and support services, that you may need able to be arranged through our community programs. Current residents make good use of our pleasant community centre, which is fully equipped to cater for the many social occasions planned throughout the year.
