About our Community:
Located in one of the oldest major towns on the Eurobodalla Coast, our residents live a peaceful life among the preserved and restored historical buildings running along the banks of the Moruya River. There are so many relaxing and entertaining options in the surrounding seaside towns. You can also enjoy this Community’s ability to take it slow, while appreciating our beautiful location which features landscaped gardens and uninterrupted lake views.
Living in our Community
Our facilities have been specially designed with lifestyle in mind, offering uninterrupted lake views, spacious open areas, landscaped grounds and layouts that maximise the sunlight at every opportunity.
Our Care Centre:
Our Care Centre offers 30 private suites with one Carer Support suite available for short-term stays to give carers a break. The Care Centre has been designed in two sections around central garden courtyards which are linked by a common lounge and dining area. Each suite enjoys an external patio and comes with 24-hour care and all meals and maintenance taken care of. For added comfort, each suite offers:
- Hi-Lo bed
- Ceiling fans and heating
- Built-in wardrobe
- Emergency call button.
Our Lifestyle Community villas:
Our Lifestyle Community offers 14 one and two-bedroom lifestyle villas and apartments, each with their own patio or balcony off the living area and ample parking, which includes a secure garage for all villas. All are complete with modern, stylish comforts including:
- Wall oven
- Bench top hotplates
- Range hood
- Washing machine
- Clothes dryer
- Ceiling fan
- Built-in wardrobes.
There’s always something interesting going on for you to get involved in. You can experience a range of activities to suit your needs and interests. But if you’d prefer some privacy, our landscaped gardens and quiet areas are there too. Activities include:
- Social activities such as group walks and lunch outings
- Movie nights
