The new Aged Care Guide has been designed to help you find services with confidence.
You can now:

Search by suburb, postcode or region
Filter by care type (Aged Care Home, Home Care, Retirement Living)
Explore clearer provider profiles
View pricing, photos, features and contact details at a glance

Whether you’re starting your search or narrowing down your options, the new layout helps you find the information you need, quickly.

How the Compare Provider tool works

Our Compare Provider tool allows you to shortlist and compare services side-by-side – just like you would when comparing hotels or insurance, but purpose-built for aged care.

1. Start by searching for your location

Enter your suburb, postcode or area. Select the type of care you’re looking for.

2. Browse providers and click “Add to Compare”

When you see a service you like, tap the Add to Compare button. You can add several options to build your shortlist.

3. View your comparison

Once you’ve selected a few services, click Compare Providers.
You’ll be able to see:

Pricing and inclusions
Location and distance
Room types and features
Lifestyle programs
Photos and amenities
Availability (if provided by the service)

4. Choose your next steps

From your comparison page, you can:

Make an enquiry
Call the provider
Save or revisit your list
Share it with a family member or friend
