Our subscriber list increased, our Facebook and Twitter reached more people than ever before and we launched our Compare Provider and Consumer Review online tools, making it easier for consumers to find the services that best meet their needs while increasing transparency in the sector

And throughout our jam-packed year, Talking Aged Care continued to inform our readers of industry news, consumer news, age-related issues and the achievements of older people, as well as offering useful aged care and senior living information.

It was an eventful year for the industry, with the Royal Commission in Aged Care Quality and Safety announced in September, and a number of Government funding commitments set to bring about big change and reform within the sector.

2019 is shaping up to be a very exciting year ahead for Talking Aged Care and DPS Publishing, including the launch of our first Home Care Guide expected in the first half of the year – so watch this space!

Our office will be closed from 1pm Friday, 21 December 2018 until 9am Tuesday 2 January 2019.

Our first newsletter of 2019 will be distributed to subscribers on Wednesday 23 January.

From all the staff at DPS Publishing we wish our readers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
