Benetas expands into Geelong as ‘provider of choice’

Prestige Inhome Care has been looking for a provider to take on its DVA Community Nursing Services to allow the business to focus on the other opportunities in the Barwon Region – with Benetas being chosen as the ‘provider of choice’ after extensive due diligence.

While the transfer occurred on 1 July this year, the process is still in a transition phase with both the previous and new providers working together to ensure the transition is “as seamless as possible.”

Prestige Inhome Care Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Nick McDonald says the organisation chose to work with Benetas due to its ability to deliver “excellent aged care services”.

“Prestige Inhome Care is confident that Benetas is the right fit to take up care of our DVA clients,” he says.

“They are a leading, for purpose aged care provider in Victoria with 70 years of experience in aged care.

“They direct all profits back into services and invest heavily in social dividend programs such as pastoral care for all clients, and research and innovation activity.”

Benetas CEO Sandra Hills says Prestige Inhome Care has been providing a wonderful service for Veterans and says Benetas as an organisation are delighted to be able to continue this care and expand their services to the Geelong region and beyond.
