One Melbourne company, hayylo, received the award for Best Smart Care Technology in the Solution category.
This award follows Hayylo’s recognition from last year’s event, receiving a nomination for Innovation of the year in the Care Model category, in conjunction with intergratedliving Australia.
The aged care platform, hayylo, automates and tracks team processes, helping care providers deliver personalised customer experiences and enabling teams to adapt and respond to customers at each step of the aged care journey.
hayylo chief operating officer (COO) and co-founder, Simon Heaysman, says, “The hayylo team are over the moon to be given this award and to be able to share our vision for sustainable ageing.
“As we prepare for further expansion across Australia, New Zealand and Asia, it is this kind of recognition that drives us to continue our important work.”
With the challenges currently facing the ageing population and the recent Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety bringing to light issues in the sector, hayylo’s technology is attempting to create solutions for aged care providers and consumers.
Due to complex demands in aged care, streamlining the provision of care through hayylo technology has made quick advancements for consumers.
hayylo Chief Executive Officer, Greg Satur says, “It’s a great moment for the team at hayylo to be recognised for all of the focus and dedication to helping create a sustainable future in ageing.
“Aged care providers have complex processes. However, through the use of the hayylo platform, they can automate and track them, making it easy to manage customer interactions. It’s really about never forgetting to miss a step and maintain customer promises”
hayylo is currently preparing to take their product to an international market with expansion plans for New Zealand, South East Asia and more.
