Keppel Lodge is a serviced apartment five-storey complex where residents enjoy the benefits of a relaxed lifestyle in a studio or one-bedroom apartment with private balconies or patios.

With a private ensuite featuring modern fittings as well as quality fixtures and flooring throughout, these apartments also have the benefit of a cleaning and heavy laundry service, along with the provision of all your meals prepared by our on-site professional Chef.

Independent living is the right choice for you when you are capable of managing the day-to-day tasks but no longer want to worry about home and garden maintenance.

A serviced apartment is a more suitable choice if you prefer independent living that provides you with assistance for heavy laundry, housekeeping and some meals.

We are here for you, taking care of the day-to-day running of the community to enable you to enjoy the retirement lifestyle you have been waiting for. Approach us with any questions and requests you may have and we will do our best to assist.

Our retirement communities are designed to maximise resident involvement. Every community has a Resident Committee that represents the residents in regard to social activities, community consultation and many other community functions

Each retirement community has a vast range of facilities including swimming pools, a library, bowls and many more. These facilities are available for use at no cost to residents and their guests though guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times.

The management team or Resident Committee organises optional activities which may attract a participation fee.

I have been living at Tri Care at Runaway Bay for over two years now and I have never felt more settled or secure. It’s a wonderful community environment with close proximity to shops doctors and the sparking Broadwater and restaurants.
A walk around the canal always delights with birds and sea life going about their own daily rituals.
Staff and management are always courteous and willing to help with my needs. Light bulb blown? Just call maintenance and it’s fixed!
