HMC Macedonian Seniors Health & Wellness Centre-Broadmeadow

HMC's Macedonian Seniors Health & Wellness Centre operates in the Macedonian Church Hall, 16 School Street, Broadmeadow on Tuesdays from 9am till 2pm. Staff and clients attending are mostly from Macedonian background. Freshly cooked three-course meals, cooked and served in a friendly and culturally harmonious environment are of the Macedonian & mid European-style cuisine. Additionally, a wide range of activities and information sessions organised and presented in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner, helps improve client wellbeing and reduces their social isolation. Our other centres cater for Greek, Polish, Italian, Ukrainian and mixed multicultural communities. All services provided are person-centred and culturally appropriate. Our clients are encouraged to actively participate in creating and managing their own individual care plans. Transport to and from centres is provided by our mini buses.
