To make it easy, we’ve created four packages you can choose from, depending on the type of help you need.
If you need someone to help make the full transition into an aged care facility, be it a nursing home, retirement village, hostel or the like, we can help make it as easy as possible. We take all the care in the world to respect any medical, geographical or emotional needs and take the time required to help you find a facility that matches your family member’s needs.
You may just be after a little help with looking at options for aged care and don’t know where to start. We can help give you a shortlist of facilities that match your needs and let you make the decision with those who are important to you.
If staying at home longer is important or transitioning from hospital to home is what you need, we can provide an in-home nursing service with a qualified Nurse or Carer. It may be that a hand is needed with showering, dressing, shopping or other day-to day tasks, or more complex nursing care. Additionally, we can help with the chores like gardening, home maintenance, real estate planning or a pack up and removalist service. Whatever the need is, talk to us about the help you require.
Being a carer is rewarding, but it can be tiring too. Taking a break is not only deserved but essential to make sure you are caring as best as you can for your loved one. If you need to find a bed urgently, we can give you the immediate help you need and make sure you’re getting the right level of care. Having daily contact with our Aged Care clients ensures we are up to date with respite vacancies.
