Healing Through Arts work with children, youth and adults offering Arts Psychotherapy and creative wellbeing supports. The vast array of the creative Arts like music and sound, paints, sensory items, story writing, construction mediums and various other tactile and crafts become the tools for communication, self-expression, gaining insight and forming strategies for people's specific goals. In this way people discover their own resolutions giving a sense of self-empowerment.
We work with people who have anxiety, depression, Autism, PTSD, mental illnesses, intellectual or physical disabilities and help people be the best versions of themselves as they heal and grow.
