The new Guilford Village Club Suites (“Club Suites”), are located at 32-34 Swan Street, Guilford, a leafy, tree lined street adjacent to open public spaces and public transport.

The Club Suites offer premium residential aged accommodation services in an upmarket, small-scale (38 suites), development within the historic town of Guilford. This is an architect-designed development with a focus on luxury yet maintaining the historic charm of Guildford.
