Freedom Aged Care communities are unique aged care communities dedicated to delivering unmatched levels of freedom, lifestyle and care. Every aspect of life in a Freedom Aged Care community is based around 24 hour nursing care. Caring for you through your ageing journey is our passion and our promise.
 
Every Freedom community has its own Registered Nurse with a team of nursing staff always onsite. Freedom also has its own team of Diversional Therapists. On a day-to-day basis, every Freedom resident has their own Freedom Care Manager and a care plan specific to their individual needs, plans can include low to high care, include memory loss and palliative care.
 
Every Freedom community has a Village Manager and Admin, Maintenance, Landscapers and Domestic staff who care for our resident’s homes and the cleanliness and tidiness of the wider community. Busy preparing and serving the constantly-changing menu of fresh and nutritious meals that Freedom is famous for are our own Freedom cooks and kitchen staff.
 
From morning to early evening, Freedom is a vibrant social community alive with endless opportunities to share and celebrate with family, friends and fellow residents.
 
Here, couples stay together, regardless of changes in their individual health needs. And pets are welcome. Like you, they are regarded and respected as part of the Freedom family. Government residential subsidy not available; subsidised Home Care packages may be available, subject to eligibility requirements. Pets welcome
