"Residents do not live in our facilities - we work in their homes"
- Douglas J. Thompson, Proprietor, Thompson Health Care

One of the many reasons our residents immediately “feel at home” is because Thompson Health Care is a family company, not a corporation. Thompson Health Care is fully owned and operated by Doug Thompson and his three daughters, Sonia, Deborah and Kate. Thompson Health Care is a recognised leader and innovator in caring for the aged and over the last 40 years Doug Thompson has created a new standard of excellence in aged care accommodation and resident care that is now being continued by the next generation.

Our Directors of Nursing and experienced Registered Nurses are committed to ensuring our residents receive the best professional nursing and personal care 24 hours a day. Further to the clinical care, residents are provided with physiotherapy, aromatherapy massages, daily activities, regular outings, entertainment and  first class meals prepared by our onsite chefs.
