Care with heart
Living with Wesley Mission Brisbane means living with friends in a loving community where the care is all about you. Wesley Mission Brisbane was the first provider of aged care in Brisbane with the Sisters of Nursing in 1907 and established Queensland’s first aged care community in 1936. We are privileged to share in the lives of our elders and celebrate their wisdom and wealth of knowledge. When you enter one of our residences we create an individual personal profile for you. This ensures all staff can respond to your individual needs effectively and accurately, including medical, cultural, religious and dietary.
All meals are carefully planned and prepared by qualified chefs and dieticians at Wesley Mission Brisbane’s commercial kitchen based in Moorooka. Upon joining the William Moore Court community, your dietary needs will be assessed by a registered nurse, ensuring that you receive meals that are delicious, healthy and suited to your individual requirements.
William Moore Court’s dedicated Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator is on-hand to create spontaneous, meaningful and exciting activities for you to take part in every day, regardless of your physical abilities. Residents can enjoy all the services and benefits of being part of the wider Sinnamon Village community which include: Ted's Coffee Shop, the resident library, hair salon and the Wellness Centre and Hydrotherapy pool (for eligible residents). The village is opportunely located in easy walking distance to the Sinnamon Village shopping hub, Jindalee Golf Club, Homemaker City Jindalee and DFO.
