A dedicated cognitive support unit is also part of Estia Health Manly Vale, and is designed specifically for those with memory and cognitive care needs, including dementia. This facility allows residents to benefit from specially trained staff and a dedicated lifestyle and activities program.

Comprising all single, private, ensuite rooms, Estia Health Manly Vale can meet the full range of care needs from semi independent living to high level care. Our ‘ageing-in-place’ capabilities allow residents to stay at Estia Manly Vale, even if their care requirements change.

All meals, including full morning and afternoon teas, are made on-site by our in-house Chef and can be tailored to the specific dietary needs of residents.

    Superior private rooms at Estia Health Manly Vale are light filled. Very generous in size, they feature adjustable bed, large built-in wardrobe with lockable drawers, chest of drawers, flat screen television, individual room split air conditioning, call-bell, telephone system, and internet and Foxtel connections. Some rooms share a balcony facing the courtyard, while others look out at surrounding gardens and district views. Ensuites include open shower (with ample space for supportive equipment), exhaust fan and vanity.

    Well-balanced and nutritious meals are freshly prepared and cooked on site under the supervision of our professional chefs. A wide variety of health and wellbeing programs, designed by qualified coordinators, are tailored to each resident’s personal needs.

    Allied health professionals such as physiotherapists and podiatrists are part of our support team, and hairdressers are on site as required. Pastoral care is also available.

    Importantly, we offer exceptional levels of care and service. Our staff are on call 24 hours a day to help out where required or just to share a quiet chat. We also offer a secure memory support unit dedicated to ongoing specialised care for those with higher care needs.
