After my visit there last week , was really not happy about the front desk attitude.
No names etc…. But I think that customer service skills need to be quickly re- energised!

I’ve always worked in customer service / front desk places….
And would’ve had job terminated- if this was the best that could be offered!
It’s part of the wholistic health approach. Not only to clients that live there.
But also to those needing some help at front Desk. That’s the 1st point for good manners.

So manners in customer service & updated skills really need to be addressed.
Other staff did see the way I was spoken to….but just want it made better.
