Our friendly team can help you design a care plan around your needs and whatever is most important to you. 

Then you select your own team, so you can always look forward to welcoming your support person into your home or spending time with them out and about in the community and you can choose the time and day that is best for you. 

We can help you access affordable private services, commence a newly funded package or transition your existing home care package and our low care and package management fees and hourly charges mean that more of the My Aged Care Government funds you receive is available for the provision of your care and service needs.

Q. Will I be part of planning my care

Y. Yes. We will listen and then work with you to provide a care plan based on your needs and what is most important to you.  It will be unique to you with the best options for your ongoing care

Q Can I choose the carer who is going to provide services in my home?

A  At CPE Group we ask each client to choose a team of Support Workers and we'll work with you until you find the right people for your team. This means there should always be someone available who you can feel comfortable with and can trust 

Q.   Can I choose times and days for my services?

A.   CPE Group will agree with you time specific services and days to suit you. These can be altered to suit your weekly plans.

Q.  Do I have to pay a Daily Basic Fees ?

A.    At CPE Group we do not charge the Daily Basic Fee. We are required to collect any Centrelink income tested contributions which are added to your package.

Q: If I am receiving funding from Veterans Home Care is it possible to have a My Aged Care Home Care Package too

A: Yes, if you are assessed as eligible for both. CPE Group can combine your services to enable you to get the most that you are entitled to under both Government funded programmes. One of our Client Care Managers could advise you on this

Q.   Can I change from my current provider?

A.   Changing is easy, you can change your provider at any time. You do not need to provide any reason and your unspent funds in your package will be transferred to your chosen new provider. CPE Group can assist you with further information.
