COASIT Aged Care (VIC)
Overview
COASIT provides a comprehensive range of aged care services designed to support older people to live independently and with dignity.
We offer all four levels of Home Care Packages, tailored to varying care needs:
- Level 1 – Basic care needs
- Level 2 – Low-level care needs
- Level 3 – Intermediate care needs
- Level 4 – High-level care needs
In addition, COASIT delivers services under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), including:
- Flexible in-home respite
- Domestic assistance
- Personal care
- Nursing services
Following an initial assessment by the regional Aged Care Assessment Service to determine eligibility, COASIT works closely with you, or your representative, to develop a personalised care plan in partnership with your Care Manager. This plan is tailored to your individual needs and may include a comprehensive nursing assessment conducted by our qualified nursing team.
Most of our staff speak Italian rather than English and have a strong understanding of your culture, enabling us to provide culturally appropriate and responsive care.
