Can I give this outfit zero stars?
The worst customer "service" of any organisation with which I have dealt, ever.
Zero accountability and zero interest in fixing problems.
Their only concern is getting you off the phone and in pushing responsibility off on to anyone else.
Why isnt there more contestability in this area?
