St Vincent’s is set in the leafy and picturesque suburb of Guildford, which is renowned for its old-world charm. The residence itself sits right on the banks of the Swan River, with uninterrupted views of the water and surrounding countryside. If you love the rural life and natural landscape, you'll feel at home in our tranquil and relaxing community.
There are 20 single rooms and 46 shared rooms, each with a shared bathroom. All rooms are bright and spacious overlooking internal courtyards or our beautiful gardens.
St Vincent’s staff are committed to positive ageing and are dedicated to ensuring everyone can enjoy a rich and full life. The friendly care team encourages you to remain connected to the people and things that bring you joy.
Friends and family are always welcome to visit and join you for a tea, coffee or meal. The onsite Chef at St Vincent’s prepares delicious meals as well as morning and afternoon tea daily, with freshly cooked meals available.
A dedicated Lifestyle Coordinator organises a busy activity calendar that gives you the opportunity to go on trips and pursue your hobbies. There are also regular health and wellbeing classes with our allied health team. The onsite chapel has regular Catholic mass and services from other religions, in additional to onsite pastoral care to people living at our residences and their family members.

We listen and understand who they are, what their interests are ensure their care is individualised. We encourage and support people living with us to continue to make decisions about what they want to do with their day. Residents get involved with activities, helping in the kitchen, are given roles to give them purpose. At St Vincent’s facilities and services include:
