Carers Link is a private community care agency that provides quality care services and support to people who are frail aged, adults and children living with a disability, and carers of these individuals. The purpose and focus of our business is to support people to remain independent through quality and innovative care services, anywhere, anytime.
Established in 2002, Carers Link have successfully provided professional care to the community for more than 10 years offering short term, long term and emergency care and respite through both recurrent funding and brokerage.
Our fully trained and caring staff possess a wealth of knowledge and experience in the health care industry, and are committed to delivering care services that are suited to the specific needs of each client.
We service all areas including the Gold Coast, Greater Brisbane, Ipswich and West Moreton, Sunshine Coast, Bundaberg, Mackay and Townsville.
Carers Link unfortunately cannot provide supports under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)
