Overview
Capecare Community Home Care helps older people remain independent, safe and connected in their own homes, with personalised support from a trusted local team.
From Capel to Busselton, Dunsborough, Yallingup and Cowaramup, our services include home care, nursing, allied health, restorative care, in-home and day respite.
We also provide a physical space for our home care clients with a buzzing Social Centre in West Busselton.
Support can be tailored to individual needs and funded through Support at Home or the Commonwealth Home Support Program, or arranged privately.
With 65 years in the local community, Capecare matches clients with compassionate, reliable support workers and provides flexible care that can change as their needs do.
