I receive support through the Support at Home program and was referred to Bayside Mobile Physio for physiotherapy at home. The team have been fantastic professional, friendly and they really take the time to understand what I need help with.
Since starting physio, my balance and walking have improved and I feel much more confident moving around the house. The exercises are simple and practical, which makes them easy to keep up with.
Having physio come to my home has made things much easier and I’m really grateful for the support.
