Our centre offers a range of tailored therapy support services to older people including podiatry, physiotherapy and occupational therapy. These services are delivered by a multidisciplinary team who are committed to improving health outcomes, particularly for those with chronic conditions.

Day therapy aims to:

• Promote health and wellbeing
• Promote self management of physical conditions.
