Our locally based Customer Service Coordinators will guide and assist you to maximise your Government funding by listening, providing clear information, answering your questions and working with you to design a package of care and services which meet your individual needs and goals. Our unique Sona (TM) philosophy encourages you to consider your preferred future and how we can help you to prosper with real happiness. Your Coordinator will develop with you a support plan and budget ensuring you fully understand how home care packages work. We provide transparent monthly financial statements which outline how your funds are spent. With competitive hourly rates, no exit fees, and no basic Daily Fee at least 80% of your government funds are for you to spend on the services and equipment you need.
