Astley Care has been operating as a not-for-profit organisation for over 37 years in the Gosnells and Armadale areas. We provide quality support for Seniors and their carers to remain living in their own homes. Astley Care can offer a wide range of tailored and flexible services to help you or your loved ones stay as independent as they want in their local community and live a life enriched with fulfilment.
Astley Care is an inclusive organisation, welcoming people living with memory loss, Dementia, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people from the LGBTIQ+ community and people from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse backgrounds to access our services.
Choosing Astley Care as your Provider;
We want you to live your best life the way you choose. If you wish Astley Care to be your provider, the most important thing is that we take the time to get to know you.
One of our Care Coordinators will arrange a home visit with you and any other people you would like to be with you. We will work with you to identify what you see as important to you and develop a plan of support based on your requirements and what you would like to achieve.

Astley Care aims to provide a quality service by:
- Employing Local staff that have a personal touch
- Matching you with support staff, we feel you will like and trust
- Training our staff to ensure they are confident and competent in supporting you
- Listening well to understand your individual needs; we tailor the support to you
- Keeping you informed of changes related to your support
- Providing you with direct contact details for your dedicated Care Coordinator
- No sign-up fees or exit penalties
- Encouraging feedback about our services from you, your loved ones, your carer and the wider community.
What types of support can you receive with Astley Care?
Home Care Packages are provided in a ‘Consumer Directed Care Model’, which means you choose the types of care and services you receive using the funds provided within your budget.
What do you need from us to help you live your best life? Help us understand what you need, and we can support you with what you need.
Astley Care offers support such as domestic assistance, shopping, personal care, medication support, transport, respite, nursing services and home maintenance, or you can use your funding to purchase other services. These include physiotherapy, podiatry, attendance at Day Clubs or gutter cleaning services.
You may also want to use HCP funds to purchase equipment to improve your independence and quality of life. Your HCP Care Coordinator will help you navigate the jargon, explain how your budget works, help you access external services or purchase equipment, and provide a monthly statement showing how your funds have been spent.
While Home Care Packages can be comprehensive, you may require additional services not covered by your package funds. If this happens, we will work with you to understand your options.
Astley Care provides all Levels of Home Care Packages, including 1, 2, 3 & 4. We pride ourselves on being your local provider, offering quality services on days and times to suit your needs.
