Arcare Hove

Arcare Hove will be Arcare’s first aged care residence in South Australia, introducing our Relationship-First Approach to Adelaide’s coastal community. Opening in July 2026, the residence has been designed to support comfort, independence and a strong sense of belonging.

Arcare Hove will feature 118 private suites, each thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, privacy and ease of living. Light-filled interiors and considered layouts support both independence and accessibility.

Shared spaces throughout the residence encourage connection and relaxation. Residents can enjoy lounges, landscaped gardens and a range of amenities including an on-site café, theatre, hair salon, private dining room and wellness gym. These spaces support social engagement as well as quiet enjoyment.

Residents are supported to continue interests and explore new activities through a varied lifestyle program. A calendar of optional activities may include exercise, games, discussions and social gatherings, allowing residents to participate in ways that suit them.

Meals are prepared fresh on site by qualified chefs, with seasonal menus designed for care needs. Dining reflects resident preferences and cultural considerations, with flexible dining options available.

Care is personalised to individual needs, with care teams working closely with residents and families to develop appropriate support plans. Service availability may vary, and families are encouraged to confirm options with the Arcare team.
