For those still living in the community, we provide privately funded in-home services and support in the comfort and familiar surrounds of their home. By collaborating closely with clients, we empower them to make informed choices about the services that they receive.
Call today to find out how we can help and book a complimentary in-home assessment where we can discuss your needs.
Our in-home services
You choose how often we visit, be that once a week, once a day or all day, every day.
Here are just a few of the things we can help with when we visit:
• Transport to engagements or appointments
• Personal hygiene
• Domestic duties, such as meal preparation, grocery shopping and housework
• One-on-one companionship & social support
• In-home respite
• 24-hour support
• Other duties as required
If you need something done outside the services we deliver, we can recommend Arcare approved providers to help. This includes things like home and garden maintenance.
Privately funded in-home support
If you’re currently in the process of receiving an assessment for a government-funded package or need some additional help outside your package, we can provide privately funded in-home support and services.
We can discuss this option with you to work out what works best for you and help in whatever way you need.
We Match Your Support Worker to Your Needs
You have choice in nominating team members that best suit your needs and personal preferences; for example, similar values, background, personality, culture and spoken languages.
Our hope is that clients and team members develop a trusting and consistent relationship so that a sense of security, belonging, continuity, purpose, fulfilment and significance is felt by all.
Nurturing honest, respectful and consistent relationships with clients is the most important thing we do. This is what we call our Relationship-First Approach.
We are a proud family owned company with over 40 years’ experience in seniors living.
We can also provide our in-home services and support through a government-funded Level 1, 2, 3 or 4 home care package as well as to those members of the community with a permanent or temporary disability.
Outside of the in-home support we provide, we also have 36 aged care residences throughout Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales.
