ADA Australia provides free and independent information, individual advocacy support and education to assist older people and people with disabilities throughout Queensland to understand and exercise their rights, as well as resolve their aged care (in both home and residential aged care settings) and disability support issues (including assistance with NDIS access and planning).
ADA Australia also provides a community legal service, ADA Law, which provides advocacy and representation to support adults whose capacity is in question with guardianship and administration matters, including support before the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT).
