Opportunities for you to get out and about, discover new interests and be part of your community
ACH Group offers a range of services that support older people to live good lives.
Our 1700 specialist staff and hundreds of volunteers share the belief that older people should be valued, respected, connected to their communities and in control of their lives. This mindset drives our every action to put older people in control, to support them to lead a good life and continue to make a contribution to family, community and society.
Our staff are leaders in dementia care, with a ‘dementia champions’ program embedded across the organisation. ACH Group staff celebrate diversity and welcomes everyone as an individual regardless of their cultural background, religious beliefs or sexual orientation.
ACH Group’s Social Support programs aim to help you to maintain your social interests or foster new ones, through a range of local group or one on one activities.
Supporting you to get out and about and remain socially connected to new or old friends can help you to maintain your independence and improves your health and wellbeing.
