Welcome to Claro Aged Care and Disability Services – we offer high-quality aged care and disability services for all Australians across our community.

We provide services right across the country – supporting people with living with disability and older Australians in most states and territories.

We're an approved provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Home Care Packages (HCP), TAC, Workcover, iCare, LSA, ICWA and other funded programs.

Our Services

Community care - Our community supports are designed to allow individuals to live safely and independently in their own home. From personal care through to support to access the community, clubs, activities and programs, our services are designed to maximise independence and improve functional skills.

Specialist Disability Accommodation - Our Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) includes options to meet a variety of needs – and meets the design categories of Improved Livability, Fully Accessible and High Physical Support. We have homes in locations around Australia, with variety to meet each individuals’ preferred lifestyle and funding – from homes in semi-rural areas, shared accommodation with likeminded residents, and one-bedroom self-contained apartments in the heart of bustling cities.

Supported Independent Living - Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) provides supports to enable participants to live independently within their own home, or within our SDA. Our services include support for personal care needs, participating in the household and managing household tasks. We specialise in providing care for those with higher needs who require continual and more complex active assistance.

Our approach

We take a personalised approach to each and every individual who trusts us to provide their care, working closely with participants, their families and support networks to understand their needs, establish a roster of care that is tailored to their funding, and is supported by our clinical governance.

We’re there each step of the way to support the transition to community-based care, or care within one of our dedicated specialist disability accommodation homes.

Our goal is always to work alongside individuals to provide the supports needed to live their lives the way they choose. That’s why our services are not one size fits all - we'll make sure each individual is at the centre of all decision making so that we’re able to provide the care and support needed and be part of an inclusive community. We support our clients through the process of accessing appropriate NDIS funding, and we’re also available 24/7 so whenever things change, we’re here to help.
