How it works:

1. To set up your membership account complete your details using the Member Sign-up form.
2. Follow the instructions in the confirmation email that will automatically be sent to you.
3. Log-in to your account.
4. If you complete the Application Form for Residential Aged Care you can modify it as often as you wish.

Special aspects of the Application Form for Residential Aged Care

You can apply for up to 10 facilities per day free of charge by logging in and either:

1. Entering the GUIDE WEB ID code into the spaces provided.
2. Adding them to your list as you browse the website.
