Elouera offers 75 residents a variety of dependencies, low care, high care and secure Dementia specific. There is also provision for respite care. Elouera meaning “meeting place by the sea” is located in the coastal town of Torquay.
The aesthetics both internally and externally provide for a relaxed atmosphere. Each resident has private rooms and ensuites, there are spacious passage ways and sitting areas to accommodate those special visits.
Elouera is surrounded by native gardens and a walking track with a variety of points of interest along the way.
The management and staff ensure privacy, dignity and quality of life for each resident. Staff continually monitor their performance and rely on feedback from the residents and visitors to support their pursuit of continued improvement.
