TriCare owns and operates 13 Nursing Centres (high care) and three Hostels (low care) in south east Queensland. They all offer the highest quality care in attractive surrounds and provide residents with all meals, nursing and personal care, activities programs and laundry service.

Respite care is available at most TriCare Nursing Centres providing short term care services for people who are in temporary need of care and intend to return to the community. Residential respite care may be used on a planned or emergency basis to help with carer stress, illness, holidays, post-hospitalisation care or unexpected unavailability of the carer.

Special needs are catered for at many TriCare Nursing Centres, with a secure area for residents with different forms of Dementia. Here, in a safe environment, confused, wandering residents have the freedom to move about the pleasant gardens and recreation areas without restraint.
