SummitCare Liverpool is a fully accredited 140 bed aged care centre that has a long and very distinguished reputation for providing excellence in aged care. There are two collocated buildings that make up the centre – reception and 100 beds are located at 173 Elizabeth Drive with an additional 40 beds located a few doors down at 155 Elizabeth Drive.

Set in enormous grounds, there is plenty of parking as well as ramp areas for people who require access directly from transport.

Our aged care services are comprehensive and include a dementia specific unit that provides a safe environment and appropriate care for people suffering from dementia.

Specially designed secure gardens ensure that our residents have a haven in which they can walk and rest in safety whist enjoying plants chosen for their fragrance, colour and texture.

Staff and residents become 'family' and are often seen enjoying each others company on the large expanse of lawn and in the gardens.

Staff members attend regular in-house and external education and training sessions which ensure that staff practices are up to date and of the highest standard.

There is a choice of single or share accommodation and the rooms are spacious and well appointed.

A hairdresser visits fortnightly and attends to residents in our in-house salon. In addition, SummitCare Liverpool conducts a comprehensive activities program which includes bus trips and outings, concerts and aromatherapy.

Our dedicated kitchen staff prepare and cook all meals. The aroma of freshly cooked meals invariably filters throughout the home and acts as a natural appetite enhancer.

We actively encourage feedback from residents, relatives and staff members so that we can assess and improve service delivery.
