Churches of Christ Care is currently seeking a leader in clinical/hospitality care to fill the challenging and rewarding role of Hotel Services Manager and join our Residential Aged Care team, based in Melbourne.

This newly created position will be responsible for the management and operational performance for all hospitality services (catering, cleaning and laundry) across all Residential Aged Care facilities in Victoria region for both, in house and outsourced services. The Hotel Services Manager will have an integral role in the implementation of strategic corporate initiatives for all aspects of the hospitality services.

To succeed in this permanent full-time role you will need:

  • a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent hospitality experience within the Health Care and Aged Care industry
  • proven ability to develop, manage and control budgets and meet financial targets
  • sound knowledge of all aspects of hospitality operations (catering, cleaning and laundry) whether provided in house or outsourced
  • demonstrated ability to identify resident requirements, as well as proven commitment to the principles of service quality improvement and continuous improvement
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • a current Victorian driver’s licence and current national criminal history check, or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement.
